Design services for the 50+ story hotel, residential, and office complex in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC is an onshore capital marketplace designed with a unique financial services center to create an environment for growth, progress and economic development in the UAE and the surrounding region. The design included a rooftop swimming pool, water features and podium gardens as well as a connection to the elevated transit system.
