Description:  Eco-Resort at Blackadore Caye – Design and planning services for a 104 acre private Caribbean island situated to the west of Ambergris Caye and east of mainland Belize.  Blackadore Caye is approximately 2.2 miles long and ranges between 210 feet to 630 feet wide.  The planning concept is bisected by a 2500 foot grass runway that is surrounded by a photovoltaic field that sustains a portion of the island’s energy.  The southern part of the island contains 80 residential lots ranging in size from a quarter of an acre up to an acre. Each unit will have access to the private residence club which is located in the center of the residential development and a private beach located near the southern tip. The northern part of the island includes the hotel village, over-water bungalows, beach bungalows and a spa.
