Location:  Beverly Park, California

Description:  The Nimes Road Residence is a contemporary compound set along the premire hillside of Beverly Park, California. The residence was designed to accomodate the clients family, while maintaining a high level which included security 2 security towers that provides a clear line of sight across the property. A glass tile & glass – infinite edge pool was designed and outdoor dining area perched on the rooftop of the house to provide a clear view to the city & ocean beyond.  Large specimen trees and Palms were carfully coordinated and placed on-site via crane to properly scale the house into the hillside, while providing maximum screening and shading of spaces. An olive grove was planted on the hillside below to add to the families privacy while giving them a taste of home.
