Client: BMC Investments / 4240 Architecture
Description: BMC Investments has secured the 25,000 square foot mixed-use office and retail building located at the northeast corner of St. Paul and 2nd Avenue Cherry Creek North. The project is in the early planning phase and is slated for a residential and retail mixed-use redevelopment. Once complete, 210 St. Paul will transform a long-neglected end of the shopping district, activate the community space and answer a long needed demand for housing in the area. 4240 Architecture is designing the exteriors and StyleWorks is designing the interiors. Saunders Construction will be the General Contractor for the project.
