Eric and Chris have successfully designed destinations in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Portugal, Japan, China, Thailand, the Caribbean, the Grenadines and the United States. Their combined experience includes resort master plans and boutique luxury hotels, Brownfield redevelopments, public municipal projects such as urban parks, squares and gardens, commercial, corporate, retail and mixed-use developments, as well as private residences and estates.

We create destinations with a unique, inviting sense of place. Our process involves not only land planning or landscape architecture, but also design as an overall, cohesive element in a project. We use a critically thought out design process fusing cultural and natural influences to manifest a design that is fully integrated into the surrounding environment.
We are passionate about creative collaboration. We work with architects, developers, artists, city officials, residential clients, general contractors and custom homebuilders as part of a team approach to a project design. Our objective is to use our experience and creativity to innovate and manifest a client’s vision to the built form.
Our designs are environmentally sustainable and responsible, functional to the intended program, and unique and innovative. Each project comes with its own opportunities and challenges and it is our responsibility to research and provide intelligent solutions that fit within the context of each project and budget. We recognize the importance of understanding and respecting local culture and climate and use this as a basis to start our idea process.
